We are looking to acquire and operate one business with the intention of owning it for decades, protecting employees, customers, and what you’ve built.

A Different Kind of Buyer
Ideal Company Profile
Who I Am
I’m Rafael Schincariol, a hands-on operator, first-time acquirer, and someone who doesn’t quit when things get hard. Unlike many buyers who lean on titles, I focus on showing up, taking ownership, and learning from every opportunity.
Responsibility has shaped me from a young age. In high school, I was my father’s primary caregiver while he battled ALS, teaching me to stay present, follow through, and take ownership even in tough situations. I’ve also been entrepreneurial since childhood, starting with buying soda in bulk and selling it outside Little League games, learning early that persistence and creativity pay off.
I’ve supported two business acquisitions from start to finish and led operational transitions, like moving a garage door business from pen-and-paper to a fully online system that works for the team, not just the process. My approach is to learn your operations, culture, and stakeholders first, then make continual improvements to help the business thrive in its next chapter.
I combine hands-on experience with formal learning. I graduated first class from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University while working two jobs, and continue to work alongside advisors with decades of operating experience. My mix of grit, fresh perspective, and operational focus is why I’m prepared to step into a business and help it grow while preserving its legacy.
