I’m Rafael Schincariol, a hands-on operator focused on building on what already works. While many buyers come from banking or consulting, I’ve built my experience on the ground, helping real businesses solve problems, improve operations, and grow.

Responsibility has been a constant in my life. In high school, I was my father’s primary caregiver during his fight with ALS. That experience shaped how I lead: by showing up, following through, and staying calm under pressure. I bring that same approach to business: practical, thoughtful, and focused on people.

I’ve supported several acquisitions from start to finish and led operational transitions, including moving a garage door business from pen-and-paper systems to a fully online workflow that empowered the team. My process is straightforward: understand the operations and culture first, then make steady, meaningful improvements.

I’m not looking to reinvent a business, but to be a responsible steward, protecting what’s made it successful, supporting the people who drive it, and guiding it into its next chapter with care and commitment.
